Flush Outdoor Ceiling Lights

Flush Outdoor Wall Lights

For dark exterior passageways, a flush wall light can brighten the path ahead and provide enough light to also highlight your exterior design features. Outdoor flush mount lights are very useful where space is at a premium, and you don’t want the light to obstruct a pathway or be at a hazardous head height. 

Weatherproof Outdoor Flush Lights

Your flush garden lights should have a sufficient IP rating to withstand the elements. The minimum IP rating for outside lighting is IP 44. At Outdoor & Garden Lighting Centre, all of our exterior lights are at least IP 44 rated to ensure the lights are well protected against water splashes and solid objects greater than or equal to 1mm. 

For flush exterior wall lights and garden lights that are more exposed to adverse weather and jet washes, having a light with a higher IP will ensure your light fitting is able to withstand jets of water and completely protected from dust. 

Flush Porch Lights

If your porch is narrow or too low for a hanging light, then a flush-mounted light will help illuminate the entrance to your home without taking up as much headroom. 

Having porch lighting is very useful to be able to illuminate the entrance to your home, and give you ample light to find your keys. A porch light is also important if you have any dark areas or precarious steps on the exterior of your home. Using an outdoor porch ceiling light will also give you extra security by allowing you to see who is at the door.

Outdoor Flush Lights With Motion Sensors

Many of our flush outdoor lights can be fitted with PIR sensors to automatically come on when they detect motion, which saves you the trouble of finding a light switch in the dark. Using a motion sensor means you’ll save electricity as they’ll only be on when they are needed. It’s also a useful security measure you’ll get a visual warning that someone has entered your property. We also have a collection of outdoor lights with motion sensors already attached to the fitting.
